Oral sedation is a prescription pill you will take before your procedure. The amount of sedation is dependent upon the dosage Dr. Anderson recommends for you. You will be conscious throughout your appointment, but probably won't remember the procedure. The effects wear off slowly, so you will need a ride to and from our office.
This form of sedation delivers the anti-anxiety medication directly to your bloodstream. IV sedation can be instantly adjusted to meet your needs. As with oral sedation, you will remain conscious, but won't likely have any memory of your treatment. You will need to arrange transportation to and from your appointment.
